Here are our top tips to save you time & money:
- Check to make sure the equipment is plugged in and switched on.
- Check that the switches or settings on the equipment have not been altered e.g. volume turned down, ringer switched off.
- If you are having problems with a telephone extension, try unplugging the phone for a few moments and then re-connecting it.
- You could also try swapping the handset with one of the same type that you know is working OK.
- If you are having problems with your PC or broadband router, try rebooting the system.
