Sales Consultant


You will lead the introduction of a range of mobile internet, Blackberry & mobile phone products to our customers in a business-to-business environment.

The role will allow you the freedom to use a variety of approaches to win business and promote some of the UK’s leading mobile phone brands.

Main duties will Include:

  • Prospecting & generating leads using a mixture of marketing methods.
  • Help & advise small business owners achieve their objectives by demonstrating the benefits of our solution to their business.
  • Representing our company and its products/services.
  • Understanding customer requirements, developing and presenting proposals to the client.
  • Develop an on-going relationship with decision makers at senior level.
  • Promote additional products, services and upgrades to the existing client base.

Full technical sales support will be available where required to develop the more complex proposals.


Sales Engineer / Project Manager


You will lead the supply, installation and maintenance of our telephone systems, premises cabling and fixed line telecoms products.

The role will involve splitting your time between producing proposals for new installations / upgrades and project managing their implementation once your proposals are accepted by the customer. You will still have the opportunity to get involved in hands-on engineering work for large installations and faults.

Main duties will Include:

  • Conducting site surveys and capturing customer requirements.
  • Help & advise small business owners to select the most appropriate telecoms solution for their company.
  • Representing our company and its products/services.
  • Costing, developing and presenting proposals to the client.
  • Liaising with our customers, suppliers and engineers to ensure orders are delivered on time & on budget.
  • Ensuring maintenance contract service levels are met or exceeded.
  • Provide hands-on installation & maintenance services when required to meet business needs.

To succeed in this role you will need to have experience in the installation and maintenance of telephone systems, voice & data cabling along with the personality to inspire customer confidence in a business-to-business environment.
